Situated at the crossroads of Lot, Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne,
close to the touristic sites of Perigord and Quercy, "Hameau
du Peyrié" has become a priviliged village as a holiday destination.
"Le Peyrié", which is 700 m from the well-known
Château de Bonaguil, is a small hamlet built
on 14 hectares of meadows and woods and far from roads and built-up
areas.
Its origin go back to the 17th century and it was built with local golden stones
which gives it a warm glow all year round.
Today
it has been completely renovated and consists of
three luxurious "gites"
and one B&B room,
a
bred oven , owners house and severals outbuildings.
Each "gite" is furnished and has a terrace with garden furniture
and a barbecue.
Its isolated location amidst a mixture of oak trees, chesnut trees and pine
trees makes it an ideal place for relaxation.
